According to Art. 4 No. 1 GDPR, personal data are all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

2.1 User data / Server-Log-data
If you visit our website, the following data is automatically transmitted to our web server and/or processed there:
- browser type and browser version,
- used operating system,
- referrer URL (origin website),
- host name of the accessing computer,
- date, time and time zone of the server request,
- IP address of the user and the requesting provider,
- visited page and features that you access on our site
- amount of data transferred, access status (for example, for file transfers), and access type.
The processing is performed to provide technical stability and functionality of our website, to ensure sufficient system security and to examine possible unlawful use of our web offer in case of suspicion. The data is stored in so-called server log files. The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 No. 1 lit. f) GDPR. We are not able to associate these data with specific individuals and do not combine them with other data.
If you use a contact or application form or otherwise contact us electronically via the website, we also store the data and files you have entered and transferred. Personal data of applicants (e.g. the curriculum vitae - CV) will not be disclosed to third parties. The processing of such data is carried out exclusively within the scope of the legal provisions (for example, § 26 BDSG) and persons obliged to data secrecy.
Personal data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to process your request or any resulting order or contractual relationship, but not earlier than expiry of the relevant statutory storage or limitation period.
We use so-called "session cookies". These will be deleted automatically at the end of your visit. Furthermore, we set a "Consent Cookie", if you have clicked the "Accept" button on the banner.

2.3 Transfer of data
Your personal data will not be transferred to any country or territory outside the EU or European Economic Area, unless otherwise stated herein. The processing of personal data by service providers (e.g. providers) takes place exclusively within the scope of corresponding data processing agreements; by those your rights are fully respected.

Google will be notified of your IP address in order to display the Google content in your browser. The legal basis of this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. The cooperation with Google is based on a joint liability agreement according to Art. 26 GDPR:
